Samsung wins order to make AI chips for Anthropic

Samsung's chip-making division has agreed to manufacture Anthropic's self-developed AI chips. According to Korean media, Samsung will use its advanced 2nm process and packaging technology for the production.

Anthropic started early development of its own chips earlier this month. However, the project is still in the planning phase, with features, specs, and deployment yet to be finalized, and detailed design hasn't started.
