Tencent Follows Investment in Jiejue Xingchen's New Financing Round; Jointly to Build Intelligent Cockpit Agent Assistant
Existing shareholder Tencent has followed the investment in Jiejue Xingchen's new financing round. Earlier news indicated that Jiejue is about to complete a $2.5 billion financing round and has removed its red-chip structure to accelerate preparations for an IPO in Hong Kong. Tencent has been a shareholder since Jiejue's Series B financing and has continued to follow up with investments.
In April this year, Tencent Cloud and Jiejue signed a strategic cooperation agreement to conduct in-depth co-creation around the intelligent cockpit Agent. This assistant will use voice as the entry point, enabling wake-free interaction, continuous dialogue, and emotion recognition; it will accurately recommend Tencent's content and applications based on the user's status; and will also connect to ecological interfaces such as payment and maps to provide one-stop services.
