Tencent Launches AI App Generation Platform 'Toast', Enabling One-Click App Prototype Creation via Natural Language

Tencent recently announced the launch of 'Toast', an AI app generation platform positioned as an exploratory vibe coding product. The Android version is now officially available, with the iOS version coming later. It is free during the public beta, and users can get more usage opportunities through sharing tasks.

Users only need to describe their ideas in natural language, and AI will automatically break down functions, generate prototypes, and package them into APK installation packages. The platform also provides social sharing, inspiration square, app search and other functions to facilitate users to share works, get inspiration or find needed apps.

Focusing on inspiration realization and co-creation, the platform allows users to turn ideas into usable apps without coding skills. Users can publish works for others to experience, or secondary create based on existing templates. It will support listing and downloading in the future, forming a complete ecological closed loop.
