Tencent Meeting launches AI simultaneous translation with voice mimicry

Tencent Meeting has launched its AI simultaneous translation feature, no plugins or extra devices needed. Each participant can turn it on independently. It can mimic your voice tone, making listeners feel like you're speaking fluent foreign language yourself.

The AI translation has less than 3 seconds delay, making cross-language conversations almost as smooth as native language chats. You can adjust the volume between translation and original sound, keeping the original sound for important meetings to check accuracy, or turning it off for daily talks.

This feature works together with the existing text transcription and in-meeting captions, offering hearing, translation, viewing, and note-taking all at once. You can find it in the meeting toolbar under 'Apps'.
