Zhipu and Hangzhou Launch Citywide Coding Plan with Up to 51% Discount

Zhipu announced the launch of the "Zhipu Hangzhou Citywide Coding Plan" through its Bigmodel open platform, teaming up with Hangzhou city and Shangcheng District for a city-level AI coding initiative running from September 10 to December 9.

The plan offers discounts on AI coding tool usage for Hangzhou workers, local university students, and companies in Shangcheng District. Individuals can get 44% off quarterly plans and 51% off annual plans. Companies can get 55% off annual plans, with a cap of 1 million yuan per company.

Applicants need to complete real-name verification on the BigModel platform and submit qualifications for review. Hangzhou workers must provide social security records, students need online verification reports, and companies must go through business signing procedures.
