Zhiyuan Robot's Genie G2 has been deployed as a formal employee in Longqi Technology's Nanchang tablet factory, completing full-process tasks like precision loading/unloading and human-robot collaboration on high-speed lines. An 8-hour live broadcast verified the large-scale implementation of embodied intelligence, marking its entry into industrial-level regular deployment.

Genie G2 performed excellently: zero major anomalies in 8 hours, over 99.5% success rate, 18-20 seconds per process, 310 units per hour. It adapts to dynamic line disturbances, sorts defective products intelligently, connects with MES system in real time, and supports 7×24 uninterrupted operation.

Compared to traditional robotic arms, Genie G2 needs no custom tools for multi-model products, calibrates in 15 minutes, retrains for line changes within 4 hours, and has 95% reuse rate, solving 3C industry pain points like rigid lines.
