CCTV Military released an AI-generated video, successfully showing the J-8II fighter jet flying alongside J-35 and J-15 carrier-based aircraft from the Fujian ship, bridging time to 'meet' the 81192 fighter jet.

Today marks the 25th anniversary of Guard Wang Wei's sacrifice. In 2001, he piloted the 81192 J-8II to intercept a US reconnaissance plane invading China's South China Sea airspace and lost his life. The J-8II is China's self-developed first-generation high-altitude high-speed all-weather fighter, with a 17-month development cycle, first flight in 1984 and finalized in 1988.
