Alibaba Cloud's CoPaw Renamed QwenPaw to Deepen Qwen Open Source Ecosystem Integration

Alibaba Cloud's open-source desktop Agent tool CoPaw released version 1.1.0 and was renamed QwenPaw, marking a new stage in open-source development. The 'Qwen' in the new name represents deep integration with the Qwen open-source ecosystem, focusing on local agent models and collaboration between large and small models; 'Paw' continues the mission of accompanying users as a trusted personal assistant.

The tool natively supports multiple chat platforms like DingTalk and Feishu, with built-in skills. It allows one-click local or cloud deployment, calls Qwen series models, and is one of the Agent tools with the lowest deployment threshold in the industry. The official emphasized that the renaming does not change the open-source vision and will continue to build a practical, safe, and personalized AI assistant.
