The service relies on the Yaozhi model and massive medical knowledge graphs, combined with a complete supply chain, to quickly determine users' medication needs, match global drug sources, and complete the full process from sourcing to listing. Additionally, the 24/7 AI pharmacist provides pre-purchase consultation, in-purchase risk assessment, and post-purchase medication reminders, helping chronic disease users take medicine regularly.

In the next decade, JD Pharmacy plans to use AI technology to build over 100 billion-level medical brands and thousands of 100-million-level drugs, while upgrading services like new drug launches and Chinese herbal medicine standards to reduce users' medication costs and make buying and using medicines more worry-free and secure.
