Changan Tianshu Intelligent Robot Company has recently been officially established. It is jointly invested by China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Chenzhi Automobile Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Changan Technology Co., Ltd.

The company's registered capital is 450 million yuan. Among them, Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. plans to contribute 225 million yuan with its own funds, holding a 50% stake; its wholly-owned subsidiary Changan Technology plans to contribute 45 million yuan, holding a 10% stake.
