Doubao App's Shopping Feature Fully Launched: Recommend Products in Chat and Jump to Douyin Mall to Place Orders

Ever wanted to find products while chatting on Doubao? No need to switch apps now! Doubao App has launched a shopping feature. When you ask for product recommendations in the chat, Doubao will embed product cards in the reply. Clicking the card takes you directly to Douyin Mall to complete the purchase.

You can check your orders in "My - Settings - My Orders", but you need to bind your Douyin account. The feature is fully open now, no beta access required.

Doubao updated its privacy policy on March 19, adding a "Shopping Feature" section. It says the feature is provided by Shanghai Gewuzhipin Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, a related company of Douyin E-commerce.
