Guangzhou Releases AI Industry High-Quality Development Plan, Targets Trillion-Yuan Ecosystem by 2030

Guangzhou Municipal People's Government issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting High-Quality Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry in Guangzhou", clarifying goals for 2027 and 2030 to drive deep integration of AI with industry, consumption and livelihood.

By 2027, it aims to achieve the "Six Ones" targets, including innovative policy mechanisms and common technology service centers. The penetration rate of new-generation smart terminals and agents will exceed 70%, laying a solid intelligent foundation for the modern industrial system.

By 2030, AI will fully empower development with a penetration rate over 90%, forming the "Ten-Hundred-Thousand-Million" results. It strives to build a trillion-yuan industrial ecosystem and become a globally influential capital of vertical models.
