iFLYTEK Unveils Spark X2.6 Trained Fully on Domestic Chips
On October 22, iFLYTEK opened its 2026 Global 1024 Developer Festival in Beijing. Chairman Liu Qingfeng raised three questions that test AI's real value: how to keep models safe yet affordable, how AI can step into the physical world, and how to turn personal gains into team results.
The key product, Spark X2.6, is the first model trained fully on domestic Chinese chips to make big gains in coding and AI agents. Training got about 4x faster and inference 4.5x faster. It ranks first in code tests like SWE Pro, with million-token context and prices lower than DeepSeek's similar models.
Its cloud-edge system routes tasks with 96.1% accuracy, and about 60% of tasks can run locally. The event also brought the SparkAudio 1.0 voice model, the WinWork digital employee platform, and AI glasses. Its robot brain platform now serves nearly 500 robot companies.
iFLYTEK now has 3.219 million developers, up 111% year on year. Training on fully domestic chips is turning from a stance into real strength.
