JD Launches 'Robot Ambulance' Service, First Covering Beijing and Expanding to Nationwide and Overseas

JD officially launched the 'Robot Ambulance' service today, which provides full-scenario professional maintenance for cutting-edge humanoid robots, quadruped robots, AI companion robots, etc., covering basic repair, fault diagnosis, battery replacement, testing and identification, beauty maintenance, and equipment recycling.

Currently, the service has first landed in Beijing and will expand to more than 50 core cities nationwide in the next three years. In addition, the service has extended to the UK, Germany and other European countries, and plans to continue expanding into overseas markets such as Europe, North America, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Notably, the 'Robot Ambulance' has provided maintenance services for over 300 robots participating in the 2026 Beijing Yizhuang Half Marathon, repairing faulty and damaged robots multiple times during test races and daily training to help them return to the training ground.
