Kimi launches Kimi Hosted Agents for running AI agents around the clock

Kimi has launched Kimi Hosted Agents, a cloud service that hosts the Harness framework for running AI agents. Companies no longer need to build their own infrastructure, and can run agents 24/7 for long tasks and multi-agent teamwork. The service offers over 140 Skills and 30 plugins, covering web search, data queries, and document processing. Businesses can use agents for internal monitoring and operations, or embed them in products as research or customer service helpers. For security, it provides isolated sandboxes, network access control, and audit logs, plus a Kimi Inference Hook component that blocks sensitive data before model inference. The first batch includes 8 financial agent templates, covering research modeling, IPO tracking, and portfolio monitoring. Pricing is based on sandbox runtime, model inference, and plugin calls, with sandbox fees at 0.072 yuan per hour.
