Magnetic Climbing & Multi-Scenario Operations: China's Special Robots Reach New Heights in Embodied Intelligence
Operations in high-risk scenarios like chemical tanks and ships have long been industry pain points—manual work is not only inefficient but also poses safety risks. Recently, several self-developed embodied intelligence special robots in China have been officially put into use, providing safe and efficient solutions for these scenarios. These robots feature magnetic suction chassis and humanoid upper bodies with 15 degrees of freedom, capable of high-risk tasks like welding and flaw detection. They can also be remotely controlled via VR for 1:1 synchronous operation. The underlying special robot large model has accumulated over 100,000 hours of operation, covering an area of 5,000 square kilometers. Additionally, the sea cable detection robot can inspect at 300 meters depth, and three intelligent grain leveling robots can finish work in one day that used to take three people three days, greatly improving efficiency.
