Miniso Establishes AI Innovation Department to Recruit Algorithm and Agent R&D Talents for Intelligent Business Upgrade

Miniso recently established a new AI Innovation Department under its Digital Technology Center, with a core focus on building agent AI capabilities to drive intelligent upgrades in business decision-making and office collaboration.

The department has started recruiting for multiple positions, including site selection algorithm engineers, prediction algorithm engineers, Agent R&D engineers, etc. It focuses on two key directions: 1) Intelligent business decision-making (smart site selection, sales forecasting, supply chain optimization); 2) Core agent capability building (Agent skill development for office scenarios, multi-agent collaboration architecture, etc.).

Founder Ye Guofu has repeatedly emphasized the importance of digitalization. In his 2025 New Year message, he mentioned that Miniso will fully embrace the AI wave and use digital tools to achieve automated and standardized business processes.
