Reports said Chinese AI model company Moonshot AI is considering listing in Hong Kong and Shanghai. A source told reporters that the claim is not true. Earlier, the South China Morning Post cited sources saying Moonshot AI may seek a Hong Kong IPO and then a mainland listing.

The report said Moonshot AI talked with investors in July about Hong Kong IPO plans and later showed interest in listing on Shanghai's STAR Market. The STAR Market has recently drawn tech firms like ChangXin Memory and Unitree Robotics, with market attention also on companies such as DeepSeek.

Moonshot AI denied the IPO reports, and no official confirmation has been made about its fundraising or listing plans.
