NVIDIA and Meta Expand Muse AI Assistant Partnership with a $3 Billion Investment
With market demand for AI agents growing fast, tech companies are racing to build stronger computing and network infrastructure.
NVIDIA has announced it is expanding its partnership with Meta around the Muse AI assistant. The two companies are also considering more technical cooperation, including using NVIDIA's OpenShell reference architecture to improve agent security, and Sentry to monitor agent behavior and process structured, unstructured, and graph data.
Meta will scale up its deployment of NVIDIA's Vera Rubin platform and Vera CPU, and adopt Spectrum-X Ethernet networking technology and BlueField-4 to grow its AI data platform with better network efficiency and throughput. NVIDIA will also invest $3 billion in Meta's equity offering. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said AI agents represent a brand-new computing paradigm, and the expanded partnership aims to help Muse support billions of people in achieving more.
