In response, NetEase Cloud Music's customer service apologized and said they would convey the feedback truthfully. Additionally, NetEase Cloud Music announced full integration with OpenClaw in March this year, becoming the first platform in the industry to open core music service capabilities to AI Agent. Users can call music services via IM conversations, embed components into digital spaces, and enjoy cross-terminal music companionship.
