A red "short-legged robot" recently appeared at the 2026 Beijing Yizhuang Robot Half Marathon, holding a bottle in its hand. Its cute appearance quickly sparked netizens' discussions, with many joking, "This little robot is running a marathon before it's weaned."

This robot is Mini Pi plus developed by Gaoqing Power. It is equipped with an independently designed integrated servo joint module for high-precision motion control. Adopting a modular design and open-source architecture, it provides an open SDK on the software side, supporting the expansion and replication of motion control, perception, and interaction modules.

In terms of specifications, it stands 650mm tall, weighs 10.15kg (including battery), and has a load capacity of 10kg. On the hardware side, it supports multiple CAN channels, making it suitable for research on cutting-edge algorithms like locomotion, manipulation, and whole-body control.
