Taobao Tmall will gradually open the OpenClaw version of Business Butler to merchants on March 31, positioned as "digital employees" with autonomous execution capabilities, able to operate stores 7x24 hours independently. Unlike traditional AI tools, it can generate strategies, execute adjustments and iterate optimizations on its own, with one-click activation to lower technical barriers. Initial modules include business data analysis, material and ad optimization, and intelligent shopping guidance. The platform also launched supporting measures like 10 billion AI red envelopes, intelligent ad follow-up investment, and 60 billion special traffic for new products to help merchants operate.
