Zhi Yuan Robotics to Announce 10,000th Humanoid Robot Mass Production Offline, Quarterly Output Doubles

Zhi Yuan Robotics is set to announce the mass production offline of its 10,000th humanoid robot, just a quarter after reaching the 5,000-unit milestone—doubling its output in three months. The latest unit is the Expedition A3, a new model launched in mid-February.

Zhi Yuan's humanoid robot lines include Lingxi, Expedition (bipedal design), and Elf (wheeled design). According to Omdia's report, the global humanoid robot market grew rapidly in 2025 with an estimated total shipment of 13,000 units. Chinese manufacturers performed well: Zhi Yuan ranked first globally with over 5,100 units shipped (39% market share) in terms of both shipment volume and market share.
