Zibianliang Robotics Secures 2 Billion Yuan Series B Funding, Becomes China's Only Embodied Intelligence Firm Backed by Four Internet Giants
Zibianliang Robotics completed a nearly 2 billion yuan Series B funding round from late March to early April, led by Xiaomi Ventures and Sequoia China. Previously, Meituan, Alibaba, and ByteDance had invested in the company in Series A, A+, and A++ rounds respectively, making it China's only embodied intelligence firm backed by four major internet giants.
Xiaomi has been active in the embodied intelligence field: its CyberOne robot has entered Xiaomi's auto factory for practical training, aiming to master flexible assembly processes; in February 2026, it also open-sourced the visual-language-action model Xiaomi-Robotics-0. Zibianliang insists on self-developing embodied intelligence basic models—its WALL-A model unifies multi-modal signals into high-dimensional Token sequences, enabling synchronous output via a single Transformer architecture.
In terms of commercialization, Zibianliang partnered with 58 Daojia to launch home cleaning robot services, which will be rolled out in multiple cities soon. It also plans to expand into industrial manufacturing, logistics, and elderly care scenarios in the future to promote technology implementation.
