Anthropic is hiring high-paid writers to tell better stories

Anthropic, the AI company behind Claude, is hiring high-paid writers to improve how it tells its story and connects with customers. One open role is a Copy Lead focused on business clients, with a salary between $255,000 and $320,000 a year. The job requires 10 years of experience and covers long-form copy, scripts, event content, and social media.

Another role, Content and Copy Lead, pays up to $400,000 a year. The job description says the company wants someone who can turn complex product features into clear, interesting language. According to media reports, many AI companies face the same challenge: their products are too technical for regular users and buyers to understand easily.

Anthropic's president, Daniela Amodei, said that as AI gets smarter, human expression and understanding become even more valuable. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics expects writing jobs to grow by 4% between 2024 and 2034, which is average compared to other fields.
