Cloudflare CEO says AI will keep uncovering serious cyber threats over next two years

AI is helping find software security holes much faster now. Many hidden flaws are coming to light, putting companies under more pressure to stay safe.

Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince said on the company's Q3 earnings call that serious cyber threats will keep coming over the next two years. He explained that AI is digging up hidden flaws in traditional software, and 6 serious holes were recently made public.

To deal with this, Cloudflare has teamed up with top AI research groups and security firms. This lets them learn about flaws before they go public and protect customers early.

Demand for security services is also growing. Many companies, including banks, are worried and signing big security contracts. More firms now prefer one all-in-one security platform instead of buying separate tools.
