Figure 03 robot works 200 hours straight, sorts 250,000 packages

US robot company Figure AI's Figure 03 humanoid robot just finished a 200-hour live stream of fully automated work. During the stream, the robots sorted nearly 250,000 packages with zero hardware failures, catching a lot of attention.

This test was a response to a challenge from automation expert Dr. Scott Walter for an 8-hour endurance run. Three robots with Helix-02 AI worked around the clock sorting small packages, beating expectations.

Figure 03 now sorts packages almost as fast as humans—about 3 seconds per package. Over 200 hours, the robots swapped shifts automatically. Each robot runs about 4 hours on battery, then goes to a wireless charger when low.

There were a few dropped packages or wrong orientations, but no major breakdowns. Figure AI says the Helix-02 system combines vision, touch, and body control into one AI model, letting robots work in complex environments on their own.
